We all want a little something extra to add to our apartment or our house. This one piece bedroom has had a lot of love and attention due to its size, the beautiful colors and the wonderful lighting. The color combination of orange-yellow and blue keeps it warm. If you need some inspiration to give a small studio feel to your bedroom, we've got you covered. One of the best things to achieve from a small bedroom is having a good closet area. With the addition of different types of accessories, like an electric dresser and bookshelf, this little corner will give the bathroom a whole new look and feel. In a few short minutes, you'll be able to get away from the drudgery of everyday life, and enjoy just relaxing in the comfort of your little bedroom for what you know will be the last time you leave it. What better way to spend those sleepless nights than creating such an amazing space? Let me show you how!

1) Choose A Simple And Affordable Way To Create Your Bedroom

You need to start looking for the right kind of pieces for you and your budget. You need to figure out where your room will go. Would you rather keep it simple, or go on with the more extravagant materials? Do you want minimalist designs, or large ones? There are literally hundreds of choices if you're willing to think outside of the box. It doesn't matter where you choose because there is always a way to find the perfect match for your bedroom. Most importantly, you should always consider whether you wanna do a bit more than what your eyes can see. Be bold in choosing colors. Add a pop of green to mix in with other colors. Make sure you choose solid materials of light browns and greens or pops of reds and oranges. These are just a bunch of tips and ways to create your bedroom space.

2) Use Natural Materials

Natural elements will take over your bedroom in a big way. They're the most affordable and can fit into any budget from $10 to $30, according to experts. Try layering all your items of natural materials onto your bed from fabric and clay pots to baskets. They also will help to increase your storage since they are easy to keep in place and can be found almost everywhere else (especially at thrift stores). There are plenty of natural fabric options to choose from when it comes to making yourself a bedroom. They include: wicker paper and bamboo, cedar, clay pots, cotton bedding and wood. All of these items are made from natural material, which means you don't need to worry about harmful chemicals or toxic substances. Don't forget to use them often because once they're gone, they're gone.

Even though there are so many natural fabrics available today, they're still good quality at a decent price point. Just be careful when deciding what materials you choose since the temperature is going to affect anything you put on your bed. Also try adding some plants or potted plants; make sure to keep them well away from furniture unless there is no room left to stand them up. This helps to ward off insects and maintain fresh air. The more plants and greenery around your bed, the less creepy, right?

3) Start Filling As Much Of The Space Between Furniture & Clutter As Possible

This goes double on purpose. While you are already planning on doing everything in the perfect order on your bedroom, do not forget to fill as much space as possible between each item as you can. Especially when using the materials you already have, remember to remove all old and damaged items before putting them back in the same spot. Leaving this space empty is essential for getting rid of clutter. Have a pile of clothes, shoes, electronics and bedding you simply won't be using anymore? That's great. At least make sure to donate them to charity! Not only will this leave room for your next nightstand, but it's also an opportunity to display new items or even new patterns. Why not? Who cares about the latest trends? Keep the items from your past and current collection in your closet. People who use this space to display their new collection in the perfect order, will definitely be tempted to throw it in an effortless pile of trash. But what they actually want is the extra room for the items that they actually enjoy reading, watching movies or cooking with. Having extra space for stuff that makes you happy on a daily basis isn't just nice for yourself, but it's also important to everyone around you. Think about it; there are people around you who could use what you keep for yourself and be tempted by what you keep. By limiting the number of items you keep it's hard to keep track of or even see what they cost. So many times we see people holding large piles of items they could have lived without. Instead, take a closer look at what's inside if you're curious. Even keeping minimal amounts of items will make a serious impact on your overall bedroom.

Here's another tip: Try to keep in mind that this space was meant for a function, you shouldn't spend lots of money just to have it perfect. So, when it comes to getting rid of stuff, try and find the real reason behind it. Maybe keep the plastic cupboard for storing all of your drinks. Or your kitchen sink, maybe it has soap and water bottles. Whatever it is, let it go and grab the other things that you've never used but still care about. When possible, ask others to store items you don't use and ask them for suggestions. You can use their opinion. Some people store all their toys for sentimental reasons. Other people put it for storage, other people store it for safety reasons. Either way, ask others for suggestions. Remember, when you use this space for personal items, then it's just a blessing.

4) Replace Everything Old Once They Lose Their Shelf Life

We all have items in our closets that we've been collecting for years. Whether it's our shoes, underwear, makeup products, or books. Well, it is true that when items lose shelf life, their value diminishes. So, here's another solution. After losing the shelf life of an item, the next step is to replace it with something shiny and more useful than what you would have otherwise bought. Even if these memories are from items that were expired, sometimes you will not be able to throw them away immediately. Then again, you can't really get rid of a memory so easily. Therefore, they're better to live your life until the next day if possible. Also, you can reuse most of your stuff a second time. Take your jewelry or your hair for example, instead of throwing them away, you can wear them on the beach and have a fun trip with your friends. Nowadays, a recycled toothbrush is a thing. It's much easier to get rid of or replace than it used to be. Try looking online to find tutorials and resources on how to properly handle your old stuff. Never forget to be thankful that you have the means to buy new things instead of just keeping your older ones. Besides, it's better to have a set of valuable things instead of trying to find alternatives. If your items aren't worth it anymore, sell them for a fair market price. So, you can focus your energy on things that can improve your quality of life.

5) Turn An Ikea Pot Into Something More Than Where You Want To Put A Pot

Now when I hear people say "Ikea pot" I thought it was a person talking about how he owns an Ikea Pot. Nope, it just sounds pretty cool to me. It's something you are going to use when it's needed, but it isn't like it's an ordinary plastic container. It's a special device that takes a lot away from you while cooking your meals. The entire concept starts when it comes to breakfast where you don't want to mess around with cups and mugs. Instead of using a pot or mug, you could use an Ikea pot instead and make an instant breakfast. You can even bring it in a lunchbox, while the kids are asleep and it will do the rest. However, it's a unique idea and you might not like it at first. But after doing this project once or twice, your children will love to play with it and they'll appreciate the effort that you put into it. Yes, it might sound weird, but as long as it works and your kids like how you use it, it'll surely work.

6) Make Someone Else Look Like Me

For some odd reason, this is among my Top 15 favorite projects. My husband doesn't really come close to putting together the entire list since he doesn't want to sound pretentious, but I'm extremely grateful I have this to offer. Basically, that means if you want to add a little "mysterie to your home," this is the place and the way to go. And yes, you will feel fancy in your little bedroom. The things that you might want to include in your bedroom are so tiny, but they are such huge pieces of beauty, that makes for an awesome room. How many times have you gone through boring mornings? It looks like the world got ugly and you just couldn't wait to change it? Well, you can do exactly that. Instead of worrying about being the dullest
